Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Aureine purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

• Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, including requests for defective or incorrect items.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within the same 3-day period and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

• For refund requests, the item will be inspected upon return. Once the item is received and confirmed to meet our return conditions, the refund will be processed.

• If we are unable to reach you within 3 days of your request, the request will be automatically cancelled.

• Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
